They say the biggest form of flattery is imitation.
But some days, it just makes you pause.
Because what’s being echoed isn’t just a product.
It’s a story.
It’s a life.
Olli & Rose is a women-owned brand, built by two females, during COVID out of a single garage when fear was loud and the future felt uncertain.
Nothing was handed to us.
Every step was learned, built, and figured out as we went.
Our business plan wasn’t shaped by what we saw elsewhere, but by what felt right in our hearts.
We built this brand in the margins of motherhood.
Late nights with children who didn’t understand deadlines.
Early mornings that came too fast.
School runs between emails, production and planning.
And the truth is it doesn’t look pretty every day.
Some days it’s standing between the tables, hands covered in glue, doing the work ourselves, quietly wondering how we’ll make the next deadline.
As we grew, we made a choice and one we’re deeply proud of.
We chose to keep our production in-house.
Because people matter.
Because craftsmanship matters.
Because we love our team and believe in building something together under one roof.
There were days it felt unbearably heavy.
Days filled with doubt.
Days where carrying the responsibility of a business and the people within it felt overwhelming.
So when something we’ve built is echoed, it makes us proud because of the journey behind it.
The sacrifices.
The years.
The unseen moments.
Olli & Rose wasn’t built for attention.
It was built for real life.
For our children.
For our team.
For a future rooted in care, intention and heart.
Built by women.
Built with love.
Built to last.
Carry Less. Live More. 🤍
