SHIPPING POLICY
At Olli & Rose, every bag is handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans in Cape Town. We don't mass-produce our products or keep large quantities of finished stock on hand, which means every order receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
Thank you for choosing Olli & Rose and for supporting proudly South African craftsmanship. Every purchase supports local artisans and helps us continue creating handcrafted leather products with love and care.
MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES
As each product is individually handcrafted, our current manufacturing lead times are:
Diaper Bags
4–6 weeks
Leisure Bags & Accessories
2–3 weeks
Manufacturing begins once payment has been received.
Please note that lead times may vary slightly during promotional periods, public holidays or peak seasons. Should there be any unexpected delays, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched via one of our trusted courier partners.
Estimated courier delivery times are:
- Major centres: 1–3 working days
- Regional and outlying areas: 2–5 working days
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard nationwide courier: R120
Free nationwide delivery on orders of R2,500 or more.
COLLECTIONS
You're welcome to collect your order from our showroom once you've received confirmation that it is ready.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
Should your delivery details change after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@olliandrose.co.za. We'll always do our best to assist before your order has been dispatched.
FAILED DELIVERIES
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts or because it was not collected, any additional courier costs for re-delivery will be for the customer's account.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship internationally.
If you require delivery outside of South Africa, please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide a personalised courier quotation based on your destination.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email containing your courier tracking number.
If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery, our team is always happy to assist.
