Shipping policy

The delivery fee is R150, alternatively if you are from the Cape Town region, you are welcome to collect your order once we let you know it is ready.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

Orders typically have a 2-6 week production time and take about 1-5 business days to arrive at the delivery address you provided during checkout (excluding public holidays and weekends).

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is completed, it will be booked for door to door delivery with our courier partner. Soon thereafter, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your order will normally arrive at your doorstep within 1-5 business days of the courier collecting it from us. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the email before tracking it as it may not yet reflect on the courier’s tracking system.
