How long will my order take?

Every Olli & Rose bag is handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans in Cape Town.

Our current manufacturing lead times are:

Diaper Bags: 4–6 weeks

Leisure Bags & Accessories: 2–3 weeks

Once your order has been completed, you'll receive your courier tracking details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We'll always do our best to assist.

If production has not yet started, we can usually make changes to your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@olliandrose.co.za.

Can I cancel my order?

Because every bag is handmade to order, we begin preparing your order shortly after payment has been received.

If production has not yet started, we'll gladly assist with a cancellation.

Once production has commenced, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely!

You're welcome to collect your order from our Cape Town showroom once we've notified you that it's ready.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard nationwide courier is R120.

Orders of R2,500 or more qualify for FREE nationwide delivery.

How long does delivery take once my order is complete?

Once your order has been dispatched, courier delivery generally takes:

• Major centres: 1–3 working days
  
• Regional and outlying areas: 2–5 working days
  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email containing your courier tracking number.

Are your bags made from genuine leather?

Yes.

Every Olli & Rose bag is handcrafted using premium genuine leather sourced from trusted South African suppliers.

Are your bags waterproof?

Our bags feature a waterproof laminated lining, making them practical for everyday use and easy to clean.

Please note that genuine leather itself is a natural material and is not waterproof.

Where are your bags made?

Every Olli & Rose bag is proudly handcrafted in our Cape Town workshop by our experienced team of artisans.

Can I personalise my bag?

Yes!

Many of our products can be personalised with engraving.

If you're unsure whether your chosen product can be engraved, simply contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes.

We love working with businesses on corporate gifting, client gifts and branded leather products.

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Yes.

Every Olli & Rose bag includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

• Stitching
• YKK zips
• Metal fittings
  

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by improper care.

Do you repair bags?

Yes!

We offer both warranty repairs and paid repairs outside of the warranty period.

Simply email us with your order number (if available) together with photos of the repair required.

Can I return my order?

Yes.

Unused items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning your order.

Can I exchange my bag?

Absolutely.

Provided the bag is unused and returned in its original condition within 10 days, we'll gladly assist with an exchange.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take several business days to reflect.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely!

You're welcome to visit our Cape Town showroom to view our handcrafted products in person.

We also welcome in-store shopping if we have stock available. As every Olli & Rose bag is handcrafted to order, our showroom stock changes regularly, so we recommend contacting us before your visit if you're looking for a specific style or colour.

Our team will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect bag or placing an order for a handcrafted item.
