Wrong product sent

Wrong product was sent, unfortunately the product sent does not have the flap.
I have tried to make contact twice now with no feedback. Hoping to hear back from them soon

They are fantastic. My daughters have both had babies and the pram caddy flaps are firmly and gratefully attached to the prams.
