Very happy with my nappy bag that I purchased. Decent amount of pockets and I’m glad I took the backpack. It’s much more convenient. Only thing that wouldve made it 5 stars for me is if it was a bit bigger.
Obsessed with the quality
Unfortunately really disappointed with both the quality of the bag and the customer service.
The bag has a really unpleasant, strong smell, to the point that I’m worried about the smell transferring onto my baby’s clothes and belongings. The zip also doesn’t sit properly and appears wonky.
For a bag that costs nearly R3,000, I genuinely expected better quality.
I’ve also emailed twice asking whether I could exchange the bag for one of their larger options, as it is still unused with the tags attached, and I haven’t received a response.
I really wanted to love this bag, but between the quality issues and not being able to get a response from customer service, it’s unfortunately been a disappointing experience.

I have been using my Olli and rose baby bag and I absolutely love it. It's compact, yet spacious. The team has really put great thought into the design of this bag.
The main zip does stick a bit, but I'm hoping that it will improve with use.

I absolutely love my Vogue backpack. It is just beautiful and is a great size to fit all our baby essentials in whenever we leave the house with her. The different pockets are well sized and handily placed. I highly recommend buying the little pouch with it for nappy changing things and the pram straps - works so well!

Purchased the black bag. Super versatile yet stylish. It fits my lunch bag and iPad easily. Luxurious feel. Excellent craftsmanship! It was my first Ollie and Rose purchase but I’m now hooked for life! If you made shoes too I would be bankrupt 🙈
